{"id":12570,"date":"2022-11-28T07:37:36","date_gmt":"2022-11-28T06:37:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/?p=12570"},"modified":"2022-11-24T07:45:34","modified_gmt":"2022-11-24T06:45:34","slug":"nos-tpro-en-stage-a-malte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/?p=12570","title":{"rendered":"Nos TPRO en stage \u00e0 Malte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-12571\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img-4-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img-4-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/img-4-144x144.jpg 144w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/>Apr\u00e8s un p\u00e9riple de 2 300 km en voiture, avion, bateau et minibus, nos quatre \u00e9l\u00e8ves de TPRO, Ana\u00eb, No\u00e9mie, Hugo et Romain, sont bien arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 Malte.<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont install\u00e9s pour un stage de sept semaines au<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kempinski.com\/en\/hotel-san-lawrenz\/restaurants-bars\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> complexe h\u00f4telier Kempinski<\/a>, o\u00f9 ils travaillent en cuisine et en service pour le restaurant L-Istorja et Il-Baldakkin Bistro &amp; Lounge.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes se font en anglais qui est la deuxi\u00e8me langue du pays et celle qui est parl\u00e9e par tous et color\u00e9e par les multiples accents du monde entier auxquels il faut s&rsquo;accoutumer.<\/p>\n<p>No\u00e9mie et Hugo cuisinent des mets europ\u00e9ens dans lesquels viennent se glisser des produits locaux, telle la \u0121bejna t&rsquo;G\u0127awdex, fromage traditionnel maltais de lait de brebis. Ils pr\u00e9parent, entre autre, le Bigilla \u00e0 base de pur\u00e9e de haricots, huile d&rsquo;olive et poivre rouge, l&rsquo;Ajlotta, une soupe de poisson, ail, oignon, riz et marjolaine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/collage-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12573\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/collage-5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"860\" height=\"574\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/collage-5-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/collage-5-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/collage-5-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/collage-5.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ana\u00eb sert tous les soirs le pain traditionnel, le \u0126ob\u017c, ou encore le \u0126obz biz-zejt\u00a0, tranches de pain de campagne et Kunserva (sauce tomate et huile d&rsquo;olive). Ces pains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9s \u00e0 la liste du patrimoine culturel immat\u00e9riel de l&rsquo;UNESCO en 2020 pour leur saveur.<br \/>\nEt pour finir, Romain vous propose le Gozo Sunset, cocktail \u00e0 base de liqueur de Bajtra, Gin infus\u00e9 \u00e0 ce m\u00eame fruit et jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques frissons le 22 novembre dernier \u00e0 13.40 : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Paper.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tremblement de terre de 4.5<\/a> sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de Richter !
