Les \u00e9tudiants devaient cuisiner et pr\u00e9senter cette viande atypique : un filet de boeuf et le foie de veau devait s&rsquo;accompagner d&rsquo;une garniture \u00e0 base de Lentille verte du Puy et d&rsquo;une garniture \u00e0 base de chou vert.<\/p>\n<p>Le jury, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Odile Mattei, a analys\u00e9 chaque duo et rendu ses r\u00e9sultats dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi. La victoire revient \u00e0 deux lyc\u00e9ens du lyc\u00e9e de Chamali\u00e8res : Bastien Saintigny, originaire de Ceyssat, et Mathys Sauret, natif d&rsquo;Effiat, ont remport\u00e9 ce concours Interbev.
