Une double performance remarquable, salu\u00e9e par de nombreux lots.<br \/>\nDans des conditions proches de celles d\u2019un concours professionnel, les jeunes candidat(e)s ont d\u00fb faire preuve de rigueur, de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9cision. Leur d\u00e9fi : concevoir une recette originale autour de deux produits d\u2019excellence du terroir auvergnat \u2014 un supr\u00eame de poulet fermier d\u2019Auvergne et du Saint-Nectaire \u2014 en respectant scrupuleusement les quantit\u00e9s impos\u00e9es. Pas un gramme de plus, ni de moins.<br \/>\nTous les participant(e)s sont n\u00e9anmoins repartis r\u00e9compens\u00e9s, chacun(e) recevant \u00e9galement une meule de fromage.
