Plac\u00e9e sous le haut parrainage de Marie-Aude Vieira, des Maisons Serge Vieira \u00e0 Chaudes-Aigues, cette rencontre professionnelle met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur l\u2019excellence des formations de la voie professionnelle.<br \/>\nCe challenge p\u00e9dagogique valorise \u00e9galement un produit embl\u00e9matique du territoire : la viande de b\u0153uf de Salers.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019issue des d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations du jury, le palmar\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 proclam\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence de Laurence Amy, directrice acad\u00e9mique des services de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale du Cantal. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du lyc\u00e9e a obtenu le 3\u1d49 prix.
