{"id":2002,"date":"2012-03-28T16:30:26","date_gmt":"2012-03-28T14:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/?p=2002"},"modified":"2012-04-17T13:18:48","modified_gmt":"2012-04-17T11:18:48","slug":"soiree-restos-du-coeur-defi%c2%a0releve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/?p=2002","title":{"rendered":"Soir\u00e9e Restos du Coeur : d\u00e9fi\u00a0relev\u00e9 !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2004\" title=\"021111211121\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/0211112111211.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"101\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/0211112111211.jpg 680w, https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/0211112111211-300x44.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><br \/>\nUne soir\u00e9e sous le signe de la solidarit\u00e9 : Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves des deux classes de Terminales Bac Professionnel Restauration ainsi que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de BTS H\u00f4tellerie Restauration, de Mention Compl\u00e9mentaire Sommellerie et des adultes en formation au Greta ont relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi en organisant une soir\u00e9e au profit des Restos du C\u0153ur le samedi 17 mars 2012, entour\u00e9s par leurs enseignants.<br \/>\nPropos\u00e9 dans le cadre de leur formation, ce projet p\u00e9dagogique, \u00e9ducatif, f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur, exigeant et ambitieux, a permis aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019exploiter leurs ressources individuelles et de travail en groupe, tout en impulsant une nouvelle dynamique\u00a0!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La soir\u00e9e s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans les locaux du CROUS de Clermont en pr\u00e9sence de Gil GROUEIX et de l\u2019\u00e9cole de danse Country de Jean-Luc LEMOINE de Billom.<br \/>\nLe Pr\u00e9sident des Restos du C\u0153ur du Puy de D\u00f4me, M. Michel MOUNET, a soulign\u00e9 le professionnalisme des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et leur volont\u00e9 de donner de leur temps pour les plus d\u00e9munis.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 600 clients \u00e9taient au rendez-vous ce qui va permettre de redistribuer environ 8\u00a0000 repas aux Restos du C\u0153ur du Puy de D\u00f4me. Le montant des repas redistribu\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 doubl\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 celui initialement pr\u00e9vu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engouement des clients solidaires pour cette soir\u00e9e et aux dons de nombreux fournisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>Au menu de cette soir\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Par transparence, strates de Tacaud<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>marin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019orange sanguine,<br \/>\nTartare de l\u00e9gumes et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales gourmandes,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Chantilly de crustac\u00e9s et croustillant \u00e0 l\u2019olive de Nyons<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Rouelles de poulet champ\u00eatre,\u00a0Pommes de terre sarladaises,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Po\u00eal\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumes du moment,\u00a0Cr\u00e8me de c\u00e8pes<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Assortiment de fromages d\u2019Auvergne et d\u2019ailleurs<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Moelleux de poires confites, cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8re au caramel,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Fra\u00eecheur de vanille<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour cl\u00f4turer ce projet, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves des classes de Terminales Bac Professionnel Restauration et leurs enseignants remettront tr\u00e8s prochainement un ch\u00e8que aux Restos du C\u0153ur du Puy de D\u00f4me
