Tous les jeunes des lyc\u00e9es h\u00f4teliers de France devront envoyer leurs dossiers avant le mardi 25 novembre 2014 et la s\u00e9lection des finalistes par un jury de professionnels aura lieu jeudi 4 d\u00e9cembre.<br \/>\nDepuis toujours l\u2019ang\u00e9lique confite est utilis\u00e9e en p\u00e2tisserie.
