Toutes les viandes bovines servies durant la semaine seront certifi\u00e9es Label rouge \u00e9lev\u00e9e et abattue dans le bassin charolais du Bourbonnais.<!--more--><br \/>\nDes sets de table personnalis\u00e9s sont mis en place et les cartes d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 des animaux seront disponibles sur un support annexe pour les pr\u00e9senter aux clients.
