Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont ainsi mis en application ce qu\u2019ils ont fait au mus\u00e9e de la c\u00e9ramique de Lezoux et ont pu exposer leur poterie.<!--more--><br \/>\nConcernant le menu, on peut souligner le juste \u00e9quilibre entre la cuisine gauloise (beaucoup de porc et de l\u00e9gumes secs) et la cuisine romaine (beaucoup de l\u00e9gumes et d\u2019aromates).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nMenu gallo-romain : <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Soupe de lentilles aux ch\u00e2taignes et charcuteries<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Jambon en cro\u00fbte Ob\u00e9lix, confit de pruneaux et \u00e9chalotes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Carottes au cumin, f\u00e8ve \u00e0 la Vitellus<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Petit ch\u00e8vre au miel et coriandre<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Patina aux poires et fruits secs, pain d\u2019\u00e9pice, cr\u00e8me anglaise au miel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je tiens \u00e0 remercier le chef cuisinier M. Ruth pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ce menu et toute sa r\u00e9alisation ainsi que Mme Gaillardin en service pour la d\u00e9coration des tables et le service r\u00e9ussi. Merci \u00e9galement \u00e0 toutes les personnes pr\u00e9sentes : enseignants, personnel administratif, agents et \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves de CAP \u00e9taient ravis que beaucoup de leurs enseignants soient pr\u00e9sents.
