Il s&rsquo;agit de se r\u00e9galer autour de la cuisine du Val de Loire tout en apportant son soutien solidaire<!--more--> \u00e0 l&rsquo;association \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lauvergnepourunenfant.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&rsquo;Auvergne pour un enfant<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb qui est une association ayant pour buts de soigner des enfants gravement malades de pays en d\u00e9veloppement, et de former du personnel m\u00e9dical pour ces pays.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7989 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/chama.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/chama.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lyceedechamalieres.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/chama-300x162.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Une quarantaine d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves ont travaill\u00e9 pour \u00e9laborer, pr\u00e9parer et servir ce repas tendance gastronomique : galipettes et cr\u00e9mant pour d\u00e9marrer, filet de sandre et l\u00e9gumes racines glac\u00e9s ; ballotine de volaille aux champignons, c\u00f4tes de blettes, pur\u00e9e de carottes, sauce au cidre de poire ; fromage de ch\u00e8vre et volupt\u00e9 de poires citronn\u00e9es, caramel fleur de sel.
