Sept bin\u00f4mes, un par lyc\u00e9e de l\u2019acad\u00e9mie de Clermont-Ferrand, s\u2019affrontaient. C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Chamali\u00e8res, compos\u00e9e de Florian Marian en cuisine et Florentin Cl\u00e9ment en salle, qui a remport\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9preuve<!--more--> devant Guillaume Robert et Cl\u00e9ment Cueille (lyc\u00e9e Raymond Cortat \u00e0 Aurillac) et M\u00e9lodie Savel avec M\u00e9liane Schutt-Evrad (lyc\u00e9e Jean Monnet au Puy-en-Velay).<\/p>\n<p>Les candidats avaient quatre heures pour r\u00e9aliser un plat, cette ann\u00e9e une c\u00f4te de b\u0153uf, \u00e0 partir d\u2019un panier surprise, ainsi qu\u2019un plat de cr\u00e9ation avec des garnitures impos\u00e9es.
