La finale du concours se d\u00e9roulait le 24 mars au Lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier de Chamali\u00e8res.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce concours s\u2019adresse donc exclusivement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de BEP, CAP et baccalaur\u00e9at professionnel des lyc\u00e9es h\u00f4teliers fran\u00e7ais. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1999, il est organis\u00e9 tous les deux ans en partenariat avec les Ma\u00eetres-Cuisiniers de France, les Toques d\u2019Auvergne, la Mutuelle des Cuisiniers de France, la Maison Bragard et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Grand Marnier. En 10 ans, plus de 300 recettes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9es au Syndicat de la Fourme d\u2019Ambert. \u00c0 ce jour, 40 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de toute la France ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9s pour leurs savoureuses cr\u00e9ations. Cette ann\u00e9e, le concours \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Thierry CHELLE, Chef cuisinier Toque d\u2019Auvergne install\u00e9 \u00e0 Ambert (Restaurant Les Copains).
